Professional Photos
Professional photos are extremely important to maximise bookings on AirBnB. As part of our service, we will style your property at no additional charge.
5 star house keeping & cleaning
We rely on 5 star reviews so having your property professionally cleaned is vital. Our cleaning contractors also restock linen & household essentials. CHSTR provide each guest with a small gift such as chocolates or wine.
Listing
Uploading & managing your listing is a crucial process. We aim to maximize your occupancy through the use of dynamic software and consistently checking and updating content& rates.
Guest Liaison
We handle all communication with guests from initial enquiries through to bookings and questions throughout their stay. We vet all guests to give you peace of mind that your property is secure.
Maintenance Support
We check all appliances are in good working order and provide guests with instructions to streamline their holiday experience. However should an issue arise, if we can’t address it ourselves quickly, we will contact you to authorize the relevant maintenance professional.
We take care of everything from here
- Management Fee of 20% (inclusive of GST) of nightly booking rate
- Transparent accounting with no hidden fees
- Income is paid directly into your account with each booking
- Cleaning fees are charged directly to guests as an additional cost. We will invoice you each month our commission plus cleaning fees
- Should you require any additional services, just ask and we would be happy to assist with them as well
