Fees

Management Fee of 20% (inclusive of GST) of nightly booking rate with Transparent accounting with no hidden fees.

Paid Direct to you

Income is paid directly into your account with each booking.

Cleaning

Cleaning fees are charged directly to guests as an additional cost. We will invoice you each month our commission plus cleaning fees.

Additional Services

Should you require any additional services, just ask and we would be happy to assist with them as well.
